Orders & Shipping

What are the delivery times in Switzerland?

Our parcels are usually shipped within one week. Shipments are sent via Swiss Post B Mail for parcels and A Mail for letters.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over CHF 75 or through local delivery (see below).

Do you offer local delivery?

We offer free local delivery in the following areas:

  • Vevey (Chardonne, Jongny, Corseaux, Clarens, Blonay, La Tour-de-Peilz, St-Légier and Mont-Pèlerin)

  • Moudon

  • Châtel-St-Denis

  • Chexbres (St-Saphorin and Rivaz)

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping by default. However, you can contact us if you would like a personalised quote for international delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes, of course. We accept returns within 14 business days. Products must be returned with their original tags attached.

As a small independent boutique, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. You can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit on your customer account.

We don't accept returns for hygiene reasons for food and wellness products.

What is the return period?

You have 14 business days after receiving your order to request a return.

After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If the return is refused, the cost of shipping the item back to you will be at your expense. In certain cases, we may exceptionally offer store credit.

How do I return a product?

Please send us an email at info@kitsuneandjo.ch to inform us about your return so we can ensure proper tracking of your request.

Are return shipping costs my responsibility?

Yes. As a small independent boutique, we unfortunately cannot cover return shipping costs.

 

Products & Quality

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

We have created a Size Guide page to help you measure your dog correctly and choose the most suitable size.

Are your products suitable for puppies?

Most of our products are also suitable for puppies. However, we recommend checking the specific recommendations on each product page.

Where do your brands and products come from?

Our brands mainly come from Europe and the United States. The origin of each product is indicated on its product page.
Traceability and material quality are very important to us.

Are the dog treats natural?

Yes, some of our products use organic ingredients. For example, the brand Toutou Petcare offers products certified by Ecocert. Brands such as Loonawell and Delamour also use organic ingredients in some of their dog treats.

The full ingredient list is available on each product page so you can easily check the composition and quality of the products.

Do you offer organic dog products?

Are dog clothes machine washable?

Most of our dog clothing items are machine washable. However, we recommend checking the care instructions on each product page.

Are dog harnesses and leashes machine washable?

Most of these products can be machine washed at 30°C on a short cycle, preferably inside a washing bag. We recommend checking the care instructions on each product page.


Showroom & In-Store Experience

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom in Corseaux (near Vevey) located in our apartment. You are welcome to visit and try our products with your dog.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, of course! Dogs are always welcome.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes, the showroom is open by appointment only. You can send us an email at info@kitsuneandjo.ch with your availability so we can arrange your visit.

Where are you located?

We are located in Corseaux, a charming village about 15 minutes walking distance from Vevey train station.

Do you have a physical store?

We regularly organise pop-up stores across Switzerland (around 2 to 3 per year).
We have already hosted pop-ups in Zurich, Geneva, Lausanne and Zug.
