These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to the e-commerce reselling of products by « Kitsune and Jo SNC» to customers in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. By accessing and using our website or placing an order, customers agree to abide by these GTC.

Price

The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss Francs, net amounts, including VAT, and guaranteed.

Items with a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice) that we ask you to keep carefully. The following are not covered: damages due to improper maintenance, non-compliance with the instructions, or normal wear and tear.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is null in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to « Kitsune and Jo SNC». In the event of a product's unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted by the website may include credit/debit cards, ApplePay, or other secure online payment options. « Kitsune and Jo SNC» retains ownership of the products until full payment is received.

Delivery and Shipping

The available items are shipped by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. All additional delays arising from the transport company cannot be attributed to « Kitsune and JO SNC». A one-time contribution is required for each order.

NOTE: « Kitsune and Jo SNC»does not deliver packages to PO boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or individuals under guardianship unless written authorization is provided by parents or legal guardians.

Subscription

- Shipping & Delivery

All subscription products are processed and shipped during the current month of the active subscription period. While we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, exact delivery dates may vary based on your location and the specific release cycle of the product.

- Cancellations & Renewals

You have full control over your subscription. However, please note:

  • Next Cycle Cancellation: An active subscription can only be canceled for the next upcoming billing cycle.
  • Once a payment has been processed for the current period, that order is considered final and will be shipped as planned. Your cancellation will then take effect before the following payment is due.

- Shipping Fees & Technical Adjustments

We aim to make your experience as seamless as possible regarding logistics:

  • Combined Shipping: Shipping fees for multiple subscriptions are automatically combined to save you costs.
  • Technical Issues: In the unlikely event of a technical glitch regarding shipping calculations, any overpaid balance will be issued back to you as Store Credit on your account.

Returns or Exchange of Goods

Items must be returned intact, complete, and in their original packaging (including all reference labels), accompanied by the delivery note. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Food & Consumables: Perishable or alimentary products will not be refunded.

Wellness Products: Items such as shampoos, paw cleansers, etc.

Refunds & Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as a store credit for your next order, minus the original shipping costs.

Late Returns: Returns requested after the 14-day window are subject to the shop's discretion.

Credit Notes: Any approved late returns or specific cases will be refunded as store credit to the email address associated with the original order.

How to Start a Return:

Before shipping any items back, please contact us at info@kitsuneandjo.ch. We need to discuss the details and ensure we are aware of the incoming package to process your request efficiently.

Legal Warranty

Please check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. According to the law, you are obligated to notify us of any defects or abnormalities affecting the delivered goods to allow us to remedy them.

Data Protection

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for order management will be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies for order management purposes.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of « Tribunal d'arrondissement de l'Est vaudois ».

By accessing and using the website or placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these GTC. If any provision of these GTC is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In the event of any inconsistency between translations in the website conditions, the English terms and conditions shall always prevail.
