Subscription
Shipping & Delivery
All subscription products are prepared and shipped around the 15th of each month during the active subscription period. Any order or subscription placed before the end of a given month will be included in the next shipping cycle.
While we make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, exact delivery dates may vary depending on the customer's location, the day of the week, and the specific product release cycle.
Cancellations & Renewals
You have full control over your subscription. However, please note:
- Next Cycle Cancellation: An active subscription can only be canceled for the next upcoming billing cycle.
- Once a payment has been processed for the current period, that order is considered final and will be shipped as planned. Your cancellation will then take effect before the following payment is due. The creation of the new automatic order valid the payement.
- In case of difficulties to cancel the order, the person must contact the shop prior the next payement cycle.
Shipping Fees & Technical Adjustments
We aim to make your experience as seamless as possible regarding logistics:
- Combined Shipping: Shipping fees for multiple subscriptions are automatically combined to save you costs.
- Technical Issues: In the unlikely event of a technical glitch regarding shipping calculations, any overpaid balance will be issued back to you as Store Credit on your account.
- If the order is created but the payement is refused, we keep the right to contact the person to ask for a change of the payment method. In case of no answer, Kitsune and Jo may kept the product and not sending it without any other information.
- If, for any reason, the treats are not available for the current cycle, Kitsune & Jo will contact the customer to provide further information regarding the delivery date and/or propose an appropriate solution, such as store credit or replacement treats.
