Return policy
Items must be returned intact, complete, and in their original packaging (including all reference labels), accompanied by the delivery note. You have 10 business days after receiving your order to request a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Food & Consumables: Perishable or alimentary products will not be refunded.
• Wellness Products: Items such as shampoos, paw cleansers, etc.
Refunds & Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as a store credit for your next order, minus the original shipping costs.
• Late Returns: Returns requested after the 10 business days window are subject to the shop's discretion.
• Credit Notes: Any approved late returns or specific cases will be refunded as store credit to the email address associated with the original order. If a return is exceptionally accepted after this 10-day period, and your order originally qualified for free shipping but falls below CHF 75.- as a result of the return, we reserve the right to deduct the CHF 7.- shipping fee from your refund.
