Returns or Exchange of Goods
Items must be returned intact, complete, and in their original packaging (including all reference labels), accompanied by the delivery note. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Food & Consumables: Perishable or alimentary products will not be refunded.
• Wellness Products: Items such as shampoos, paw cleansers, etc.
Refunds & Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as a store credit for your next order, minus the original shipping costs.
• Late Returns: Returns requested after the 14-day window are subject to the shop's discretion.
• Credit Notes: Any approved late returns or specific cases will be refunded as store credit to the email address associated with the original order.

- Do not use bleach or whitening agents
- Delicate cycle at max 30°C (600 rpm)
- Iron inside out only & on a low heat
